Nivea Karla De Gusmao Taveiros Silva

Nivea has a degree in Pharmacy from the Federal University of Alagoas (Brazil), a Master's degree in Health Sciences from the same university, and a PhD in Sciences (Pharmacology) from the Institute of Biomedical Sciences at the University of São Paulo (Brazil), with a period as visiting researcher at St. George's University of London and University of Surrey (United Kingdom). She joined GEB in 2023 and has expertise in neuropsychopharmacology and epigenetics.
